How public procurement works in the UK
Find a Tender is the UK government service where public sector buyers publish notices about procurement opportunities and contracts. Since 24 February 2025, notices for new UK procurements, both above and below threshold, are published there, except below-threshold notices in Scotland.
In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, new procurements started from that date follow the Procurement Act 2023, and their notices can cover the whole life of a contract, from pipeline to termination. Scotland keeps its own procurement rules.
Other official services still matter. Contracts Finder lists opportunities in England, Public Contracts Scotland covers Scottish buyers and Sell2Wales covers Wales. Many buyers also run their own e-tendering systems, which is where the tender documents live and where responses are submitted.
What LicitaMax will do for UK suppliers
LicitaMax is software for businesses that sell to the public sector. It collects notices from official sources, lets you filter by keyword, buyer, region, deadline and value in pounds sterling, and reads the tender documents with AI, so you can ask questions and see the exact passage behind every answer.
Before you commit, it turns the conditions of participation into a checklist and helps you organise your response: documents, pricing and deadlines, with your whole team working from one pipeline. You always submit your tender yourself, on the system the buyer specifies.
Tender search
Search and filter UK public sector tenders by keyword, buyer, region and deadline, plus value in pounds sterling when the buyer publishes it.
Alerts
Save a search and get an email when a new notice matches it, instead of checking several portals every day.
AI reading with citations
Ask questions about the tender documents. Every answer points to the document and passage it came from, so you can check it yourself.
Eligibility checklist
Turn the conditions of participation, such as insurance, accreditations and financial information, into a checklist and see what's still missing before you bid.
Response preparation
Organise documents, pricing and deadlines for every tender. LicitaMax never submits anything: you send your response on the buyer's e-tendering system.
Pipeline (CRM)
Track every opportunity from first look to award in a shared pipeline, with owners, notes and due dates for your team.
Where things stand today
UK coverage is not live yet. This page doesn't list any tenders, and we won't put sample or made-up data in their place. There is no launch date yet, and we'd rather tell you when it's ready than guess.
LicitaMax is a private product. It is not a government service, it has no affiliation with Find a Tender, Contracts Finder or any public body, and it does not guarantee that you'll qualify or win. AI answers help you read faster; they are not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions
When will LicitaMax launch in the UK?
There's no launch date yet. We'll only open UK coverage when we can show real tenders from official sources. If you join the waitlist, you'll get an email when that happens.
Can I see UK tenders on LicitaMax today?
Not yet. Until coverage is live, the official places to search are Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland and Sell2Wales.
Is LicitaMax a government website?
No. LicitaMax is a private product with no affiliation with any government service or buyer. Official information always comes from the public source, with a link back to it.
Will LicitaMax submit tenders for me?
No. LicitaMax helps you find, read and prepare. You review and submit your response yourself, on the system named in the tender documents.
How much will it cost?
UK pricing hasn't been set. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
