How public procurement works in Ireland

eTenders is the Irish Government's national tendering platform. Public sector contracting authorities use it to advertise procurement opportunities and contract award notices, and suppliers register there to view competitions and respond to them.

The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) manages eTenders and sets the policy on its content and functionality. Each competition comes with its own tender documents, which set out the requirements, award criteria, deadlines and how a response must be submitted.

What LicitaMax will do for Irish suppliers

LicitaMax is software for businesses that sell to the public sector. It collects notices from official sources, lets you filter by keyword, contracting authority, county, deadline and value in euro, and reads the tender documents with AI, so you can ask questions and see the exact passage behind every answer.

Before you commit, it turns the requirements into a checklist and helps you organise your response: documents, pricing and deadlines, with your whole team working from one pipeline. You always submit your tender yourself, on eTenders or on the system named in the tender documents.

  • Tender search

Search and filter Irish public sector tenders by keyword, contracting authority, county and deadline, plus value in euro when it is published.

  • Alerts

Save a search and get an email when a new notice matches it, so you don't have to check the portal every day.

  • AI reading with citations

Ask questions about the tender documents. Every answer points to the document and passage it came from, so you can check it yourself.

  • Eligibility checklist

Turn the requirements, such as tax clearance, insurance and relevant experience, into a checklist and see what's still missing before you bid.

  • Response preparation

Organise documents, pricing and deadlines for every tender. LicitaMax never submits anything: you send your response on the platform the tender documents specify.

  • Pipeline (CRM)

Track every opportunity from first look to award in a shared pipeline, with owners, notes and due dates for your team.

Where things stand today

Irish coverage is not live yet. This page doesn't list any tenders, and we won't put sample or made-up data in their place. There is no launch date yet, and we'd rather tell you when it's ready than guess.

LicitaMax is a private product. It is not a government service, it has no affiliation with eTenders, the OGP or any contracting authority, and it does not guarantee that you'll qualify or win. AI answers help you read faster; they are not legal advice.

Can I see Irish tenders on LicitaMax today?

Not yet. Until coverage is live, the official place to search is eTenders.

Is LicitaMax a government website?

No. LicitaMax is a private product with no affiliation with eTenders, the OGP or any contracting authority. Official information always comes from the public source, with a link back to it.

Will LicitaMax submit tenders for me?

No. LicitaMax helps you find, read and prepare. You review and submit your response yourself, on the platform named in the tender documents.

How much will it cost?
